This is our initial step in creating your home’s new look. We will visit you at home and carry out a site survey and work with you in setting out a brief and how we might achieve your goals for your space. From there, we will put together mood and concept boards, curating colour palettes, materials and finishes, talk budget and costings along with furniture sourcing.

In the second phase we will create 3D visuals of our scheme from Phase 1. Here, you will be able to view and envision how your space might look upon completion. With the creation of these professional renders and after any changes you may have, we will ask you to sign off and approve the proposed works, concluded Phase 2.

After approval of the design proposals from Phase 2, we will produce comprehensive technical drawing packages comprising of floor plans and detailed drawings. We will work with the appointed contractor to create our collective vision, managing all aspects of the project. After completion of the building works, we will put the finishing touches to the spaces through styling.
